DRIESSEN, Bertus Antonius (Bert) - Born in Rotterdam, November 1932, died in Rangiora, NZ, January 2, 2014. Beloved husband and best friend of Heather, and the late Sophia. A very much loved father of Iris and Phil Steere and Willy and Jackie, and latterly of Hamish and Kelly, Alica and Chris, and Geoffrey and friend Chrissey. Loved friend of Nana Nell. Loving Opa of Aimee, Tori and Tim, April and Dan, Zoe, and Alexander, and great Opa of Luke, and Krystal. Many, many thanks to
the management and caregivers of Bainswood on Victoria for their love and attention to Bert over the last 6 months. The Funeral for Bertus will be held at St Bartholomews Anglican Church, Cass Street, Kaiapoi, on Wednesday, January 8, at 10.00 a.m. A private cremation will follow.
