27.1.1947 – 26.11.2023 Loved partner of Sarah, beloved father of Kirstie, and Matthew. Treasured by his siblings, grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Bernard Hutton, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Heart Foundation NZ would be appreciated, and may be made online at: heartfoundation.org.nz. The Funeral Service for Bernie, will be held in the Kirwee Community Hall, 26 High Street, Kirwee, on Monday, December 4, at 1.30pm.

Hi Sarah and Bernies Family
So sorry to here Bernie has passed away he was a great friend and helped me when i came to Christchurch.
I only found out that he passsed away today 05 Dec so very sorry i wasnt at the funeral.
He was always possitive and had a smile on his face, its a sad day for me

My condolences go out to your family.
I did not know him, but from what I saw while in hospital he was a busy man, a nice man and with a caring family. I'm sure it was a huge shock.
We joked the night before about being wire/lead free and that things were looking up for the both of us.
Time will heal the pain and memories will be what helps to get through. Take care.
