TABAK,
Berend Hindrik (Ben):
On April 21, 2017 suddenly at his home in Christchurch. Aged 71 years. Dearly loved and special husband of Helen, much loved father and father-in-law of Genessa and Stephen, Rochelle, Jaron and Leigh, loved Grandad Ben of Jordan, Oliver, Madison, Amelia, and Samuel. In lieu of flowers donations to
St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A celebration of Ben's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel entry from London or Whitmore Streets, Christchurch, on Friday, April 28, at 10.00am.
