We had the privilege of growing up with our cousin Barry and enjoying his company as teens, playing table tennis as a group from/ at church. One school holidays Barry and Terry came and picked me up from a farm out of town, and drove me to table tennis so I wouldn´t miss out. Whenever we had family gatherings I would contact Barry to let him know. One such, we gathered at my sisters for as family get together after an Aunties funeral. They drove down her country road over a dry riverbed. Going back home the riverbed had flooded and so my brother-in-law got out his tractor to pull their car out, with most of his cousins calling out instructions from higher ground.
Marilyn walked back in her stocking feet and petticoat! Barry had to rescue her out of the window!
It was a privilege having you as a cousin. Rest in peace. Collette and David.
