Passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2025. Beloved husband of Trish, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Tim, Nicole and Tiare "favourite sin-in-law", Sam, and Greta. Barry will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Messages can be left on Barry's tribute page at www.thompsonfd.co.nz Barry will be at 109 The Strand, Okarito, till Friday evening if anyone would like a yarn. A service to celebrate Barry's life will be held at the RSA Clubrooms, Hokitika, on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
