We are sad to announce that Barbara passed away peacefully in Christchurch on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Barbara Vincent, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Christchurch City Mission would be appreciated, and may be made online at citymission.org.nz. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service in celebration of Barbara's life at St. Peter's Anglican Church, 23 Yaldhurst Road, Sockburn, on Friday, June 14, at 2.00pm.

Such a wonderous person - my abiding memory is that she took 17 year old me (along with David and Martin S) to Handel's Messiah - I loved it so much I vowed to go every year thereafter. I haven't quite managed that - but she so inspired me in so many ways.
