Barbara BURDON Obituary

Passed away surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease, aged 69 years. A devoted wife, cherished mother, and proud grandmother, she was the heart of her family, offering unconditional love, guidance, and warmth throughout her life. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering strength touched all who knew her. Though Alzheimer's slowly stole her memories, it could never take away the love she gave or the legacy she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Barbara is survived by her husband Peter, her children Jai and Nick, and Kerry and Noi, and her treasured grandchildren Callum and Ella. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the caregivers and friends who supported them during Barbara's journey. As per the wishes of the family, a private farewell will be held, where they will gather to remember her in their own special way. I had the pleasure of working with Barbara at Smithscity Call Centre.
She was awesome to work with she was always happy and smiling never ever complained.
She had a great sense of humour and she was always willing to go the xtra mile.
And was well respected through the company.
I wish to send My condolence's to all the family and thank you Jai for keeping me in touch really appreciated it.
All she ever spoke about was her family and how much she loved them.

You were such a kind and Caring Beautiful person and we did have some laughs.

Barbara was such an awesome person to work with she had a great sense of humour
