A man a legend a work mate and a friend that I have known for nearly 50 years.A great racer that inspired me to have ago as well.I would think that he was the clever man I had meet in my time from building camper vans from the ground up and on to house building. A special man with a special place in my heart. I will miss you my friend. George lewin.

Our sincere sympathies to the Hyde family on their sad loss of Avon who I had known for nearly 60 years. His driving prowess was amazing as well as his ability to be able to manufacture and adapt things from virtually nothing. He will not be forgotten and I will miss our annual catchups over many years at the Skope meetings. Reunited with Marg - R.I.P. Avon
