Fond memories of your kindness, brilliance and caring from many years ago. So sorry not to have seen you for the time since then, but it seems like yesterday. You contributed to life in many ways and those efforts will not be forgotten. Condolences and best wishes to Val, Cathy, John and Rosie. Also a moment of reflection on Richard's life. Vale Arthur

Dear Val and Branston, Losing anyone is hard, but harder at times is remembering. Know that both Shell and I will always remember Arthurs kindness, quick wit and lotto tickets hidden in boring lawyer text! He is a special man who we were privileged to know as a friend. Morning coffees at your house wouldn't have been the same without the target words and some witty banter. Love to you from us both

Robert Fendall, first cousin of Arthur, sends his deepest sympathy to Arthur's family and regrets that he cannot be with them at this time,
due to the fact he is currently in Europe.

My deepest sympathies to all of Arthurs family.Arthur and I were trustees in my mothers estate (Heather Mculloch Caldwell) and she was well advised and comforted by Arthur at the worst times in her life, and I enjoyed the few brief meetings we had over the years
