Arnold KIMBER Obituary

KIMBER, Arnold Frederick (Reg No: 81639, 2nd NZEF, 18th Armoured Battalion) (formerly of Ngakuta Bay) - On July 4, 2014, peacefully at Ngaio Marsh Hospital, aged 98 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Bev. Loved father and father-in-law of John and Diane, Diane Paterson and Dave, and Peter and Gail. Loved Pop of Toni (Scotland), Darren (London), Charlotte, Nicole, Alana, Stephen, Great-Pop of Tessa, Ethan, and Alex. The family wish to express their sincere thanks to all staff at Ngaio Marsh for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations to Burwood Spinal Unit in Arnold's memory would be appreciated and may be made at the service. The Funeral service will be held at the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Wednesday), at 1.00pm.
