We had the pleasure of working with Tony for many years on road construction projects in Selwyn District. His skills, knowledge, work ethic and desire to do the best job possible were much appreciated. More than that he was just a good man to know and have a chat with.

Throughout our lives we make many new friends and there are some who become a special part of our life , unfortunately there also comes a time when we must say goodbye to them because they have departed this life. The death of a friend leaves us with a sense of sorrow, but that feeling is even worse and more difficult to get over for their families.

This week a really great person a real friend , one who would do anything for you and a man who could turn his hand to anything . Tony has left us and although he is no longer with us, we will keep Tony's memory with us . We are comforted to know that from where he is, he will be watching over us, and most of all he is at peace and pain free . A man who will truly be missed by all his family and friends and will be forever with us all.
