STURGEON, Ann Judith
(Annie) (née Hawker):
On March 18, 2022, Ann slipped away peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice with Pete at her side after a courageous battle of living with cancer, at only 65 years young. Loving and supportive wife of Pete, much loved and adored sister to Catherine, Peter and Carol. Ann was a beautiful, loving, vibrant and glamorous Auntie Ann to Sam and Bianca, Hamish and Annabel; Bailey and Elise, Phoebe and Rhys, and Bailey Kate, and a cherished great Auntie to Lucy, and Sophie. Special thanks to Dr Viv Hancock for the wonderful care of Ann and support to Ann's family. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Ann Sturgeon, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers donations are welcomed to Nurse Maude Hospice in memory of Ann and may be made directly online at https://nursemaude.org.nz/product/nurse-maude-donation/. Ann was a caring step-mum to Leanne, loving Granny Annie to Alex, and Charlotte, treasured and adored Great-Granny Annie to Aneeka, dearly loved sister-in-law to John and Mary Sturgeon, Murray and Jocelyn Sturgeon, and Barbara and Bill Cust.
