Alma SULLIVAN Obituary
Died peacefully at Karadean Rest Home, Oxford. Loved wife of Andrew for 71 years. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Terry and Helen, Tony and Lyn, Christina and Peter, and Wendy and Steve. Loved grandmother of Luke and Lea, Lisa and Mark, Michael and Jo, Mitchell (dec), Tom and Stef, Nicholas, David, Geoffrey and James, and William and Sayhl. Loved great-grandmother of Lyla and Parker, Laura and Evelyn, and Theo and Luca. Many thanks to all the Karadean staff for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers, donation to IHC can be made online at www.ihc.org.nz/get-involved/donate. A celebration of Alma's life will be held in the A&P Room at Oxford Town Hall, 34 Main Street, Oxford, on Monday, August 26 at 1.00pm.

I'm thinking of you all and trusting you will find someone close to comfort you as you mourn the loss of Alma.
Alma always reminded me of 'the Queen' of our times in demeanor and temperament - caring, watchful, looking to improve the world and wanting the best for, and from, her family. Not one to suffer fools or foolishness patiently!
Remember to cut yoursekves some slack while you grieve, be gentle with yourselves and one another.
It's sorry I am to be on the other side of the world at this time and unable to be with you to celebrate Alma's life.

Our deepest heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Alma Sullivan was beyond smile and cheer to accompany Reverend Andrew Sullivan when he served at the St. John Church in Ipoh. We were so impressed by their peaceful composure and could feel the same presence after more than 40 years.
We pray for the repose of her beautiful soul. Our deepest sympathy accompanies family members at this time of grief and sharing our utmost love and understanding of a beautiful soul gone to be with the Lord Almighty.
