JOHNSTON, Allen Bruce - Passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on March 9, 2014; aged 80 years. Dearly loved husband of Judy and his extended family in Christchurch, Whanganui, and Australia. A special thanks to Admatha Lodge for their love and care that they showed to Allen.
