Alison FORDE Obituary
(née Berry):
Of Levin. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alison Elizabeth Forde, on May 13, 2022 at Arohanui Hospice, surrounded by her loving family at age 61. Adored mother of Andrew and Evan, beautiful daughter of John and Beth Berry. Cherished sister of David Berry, and Phil and Jacqui Berry. Loving aunt of Amelia, Charlotte and Jacob, Madeline, George, Moses, and great-aunt of Freddy, a dear friend of Stephen, Marian, and Bridgette. Sincere thanks to her friend Jenny Smith, Dr Richard Isaacs, and all of the staff at Arohanui Hospice for their incredible care. A service celebrating her life will be held at Levin Uniting Church at 87 Oxford Street, Levin, on Friday, May 20, at 1.00pm, and streamed on the I.C. Mark Ltd website. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arohanui Hospice and Sweet Louise Cancer Support Group.

We have fond memories of Alison from our time living in Kennedy Drive, Levin. She was most welcoming and hospitable when we arrived in Levin and always took an interest in our family which we appreciated and valued very much. She was selfless in her concern for others and was a great neighbour. Our deepest sympathy to her family at this challenging time.
