Alfred John (Alf):
On March 25, 2023, at Christchurch Hospital. Loved husband of Marie (nee Caldow), and brother of Ray. Cherished, loving father of Bevin and Denise, and father-in-law of Vivien. Much loved Grandad and Grandad Alf to his four grandchildren, their partners, and his three great-grandchildren. In accordance with Alf's wishes, a private cremation has been held.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Alf, he was always a very happy, polite gentleman when we saw him at Southern Salvage in the truck with the drivers. He will be sorely missed by all. Condolences to the family at the sad time. Rest in Peace Alf. xxx
