Unexpectedly at Cairns Base Hospital on Friday, August 29, 2025. Cherished friend and loving husband of Sandra Dunlop.
Former husband of Adrienne. Loved father, father-in-law, and much loved Grandad. Simon and Megan, Jessica and Megan;
Peter and Mel, Ollie and Emily; James and Rachel, Forrest and Harper; Martin and Sue Weaver, Matt, Ben and Elinor, and Maya; and Lyndal Weaver (deceased).
To live in our hearts is not to die.
Alex continues to live in our hearts forever.
Messages to 22/107 Milns Rd, Halswell, Christchurch 8025. A private Memorial Gathering will be held. A donation to Cancer Research in Lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
