Albert (Bert):
On July 23, 2015, peacefully at home in Christchurch, in his 91st year. Loved companion of Yvonne, and husband of the late Flo. Dearly loved father of Mary, Dale, Brent, Barry, Kathy, Pat, and Kevin, and loved and respected father-in-law of Jim. A much loved Grandad of Karl, Tiana, Shanae, April, Robin, Adrian, Leila, Anna, Drew, Jordan, Daniel, Matthew, Kelly, Kent, and Thomas. Loved brother of the late Jim, Pat, Hugh, Grant, and Leonard Wylie (all deceased). Messages to the Wylie family, c/- 19 London St, Christchurch 8013. A celebration of Bert's life will be held at the Canterbury Crematorium Chapel, cnr of Linwood Avenue and Keighleys Road, This Day (Monday) at 3.00pm.

Haere haere haere. You were a great Dad and I will remember you always for all the fun Sunday times at Christchurch beaches, rivers and parks and for the abundance of vegies and fruits you lovingly grew for us all. Thank you for giving me such a deep connection to Mother Earth. Your earthy sense of humour will remain always in my heart. Travel well on the next leg of your journey and may your soul come to deep peace. Your eldest daughter Trish. Tihei mauri ora.
