McINTOSH, Albert (Bert):
Peacefully at Brookhaven Rest Home on Friday, February 24, 2017, age 90 years. Loved husband of the late Dorothy McIntosh and much loved father and father-in-law of Roger and Hazel Sharpe, Sharon and Les Holdem, Dale and Jill Sharpe and Joanne and Les Davidson. Cherished Grandad and Great-Grandad of his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Will be sadly missed. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Bert McIntosh, C/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. Bert's family would like to express their gratitude for the loving care and support shown by all
the staff at Brookhaven Rest Home. Flowers respectfully declined, but donations to the Kaikoura Hospital Welfare Fund would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A celebration of Bert's life will be held at the Canterbury Crematorium Chapel, corner of Linwood Ave and Keighleys Road, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Wednesday), at 1.00pm. Followed by a gathering of friends and family at the Woolston Club, Hargood Street.

I'm so sorry for your lost, even a long and fruitful life pales in comparison with life eternal. God promises to re-unit those who are parted by death. At John 5:25-29, He gives Jesus the joyful task of calling forth all those asleep in death.
