At Christchurch Hospital; aged 95 years. Beloved husband of Eleanor for 66 years, loved father and father-in-law of Robin and Susan, Michael and Marita, and Nicola, kind and caring Opa of Amanda and Andy, Emma-Kate and Curran, Marchel, Sharee and Josiah, Joanne, Jordan and Abby, proud Great-Opa of Tyson and Maddison, and Geordie. Messages to the Gardenbroek family, c/o PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. In honouring Albert's wishes, a private service has been held.

Hi,Albert was a great friend and work mate of mine,on the red buses in christchurch for many years,he was well liked by many of his Co workers,and very helpful in many ways,our condolences to all the family and many friends,RIP Albert.
