Alan RAINEY Obituary

Passed away peacefully at home in Greymouth, surrounded by his loving family, on February 1, 2024, aged 78. Much loved husband of Helen (Paddy), beloved father and father-in-law of Alicia and James, Sarah and Daniel, Kara and Jason, and Sean and Selma, loved grandad of his 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, a much loved and valued member of the Rainey, and Lawrence families, and friend of many. A Service to celebrate Alan's life will be held in St Patrick's Catholic Church, High Street, Greymouth, on Wednesday at 2.00pm, followed by cremation here on the coast at the Westland Crematorium.
