Alan CHAPMAN Obituary

CHAPMAN, Alan Stanley:
Passed away peacefully at the Nurse Maude Hospice, on December 9, 2018, surrounded by his loving family; aged 76. Dearly loved husband and friend of Patricia, much loved father and father-in-law of Stephanie and Steve, Rowena and Craig. Treasured granddad of Emma, Jacob and Hayley, and step-granddad of Alicia, Shane and Mark. Alan's family wish to thank the Nurse Maude district nurses and Nurse Maude Hospice for their care shown towards Alan and his family. In lieu of flowers donations to the Nurse Maude Palliative Care would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages c/- the Chapman family to PO Box 35046, Christchurch 8640. A celebration of Alan's life will be held at St Mark's Methodist Church, Cnr of Somerfield and Barrington Streets, on Thursday, December 13, at 10.30am, thereafter a private cremation.
