Wendy and Charlie Cook, Brent and Barbara, Craig, Anna and Jason and Aaron's three nieces and nephew. We wish to express our sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to everyone who kindly supported us during Aaron's illness and over the very sad and difficult time following Aaron's passing. Thank you very much Dr Catherine D"Souza and all the doctors, nurses and staff at the Hospice who lovingly cared for Aaron. The very kind caring cancer society and Shelley and the very caring team at Aoraki Funeral Services. Thank you very much to all those kind friends and family who attended Aaron's service, for all the beautiful flowers, sympathy cards and food that we received.
