On 9th November 2017, aged 76 years, peacefully at Windsor Court, Ohaupo. Loved father and father-in-law of Nicolette and John Patrick. Beloved Opa of Samuel and William. A funeral service for Adrian will be held at St Patrick's Catholic Church, Tirau Street, Putaruru, on Monday, 13th November 2017 at 11.00am, followed by private cremation. All communications the Patrick family, PO Box 137, Te Awamutu 3840.
