Adrianus POSTHUMA Obituary

On April 13, 2026, (A Pilgrim in a Foreign Land) Our Triune God, Maker of heaven and earth determines the life of each man on earth. He so determined that Adrianus Posthuma, would be born on April 12, 1929, in The Netherlands, and that his life would end on April 13, 2026, in Christchurch, New Zealand. He was the beloved husband of the late Feikje, and dearly loved by all his children, Frances and Derrick (now in glory) Watson, Tony and Robyn, John and Marielle, Rosalind and Derek Cressy, Hillary and Anne, Winston and Kristina, Graham and Alice, Raymond and Monique; all his 43 grandchildren, and 87 great-grandchildren. A service of thanksgiving for the life and faith of Adrian will be held in The Reformed Church of Bishopdale, 90 Highsted Road, on Friday, April 17, at 1.30pm, preceded by a graveside service at the Avonhead Memorial Cemetery, Hawthornden Road, at 11.00am.
