Aaron NORRIS Obituary

On March 5, 2025, after a short illness, peacefully with family at his side at Nurse Maude Hospice. Dearly loved partner and soulmate of Nikki. Loved and respected father and father-in-law of Alix and Joe. Very special Grandad of Jax and Harley. A much loved younger brother of Stephanie, Graeme, Andrew, Justine, and the Late Brendon and Davie. Beloved son of the Late Jessie and David Norris, Special son-in-law of David and Karanne. Loved by his nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Nurse Maude and Access Health for their care and support of Aaron and family. Donations in Aaron's name to St John Ambulance can be made on the Link https://donate.stjohn.org.nz/. Messages to the Norris Family, C/- P O Box 111-01, Christchurch. A funeral service to celebrate Aaron's life will be held in the Academy Funeral Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Tuesday, March 11, at 10.00am. Private cremation thereafter.

Really sad to hear of Aaron's passing. I met Aaron when I was a young know it all 14 or 15 year old when he took on the task of trying to lead a bunch of us in the Lyttelton Sea Venturer Unit. A lot of what he taught me didn't really click into place till years later. Thanks Aaron!

My sincere condolences to theNorris family.
I remember Aaron as the baby of the family (I lived in Walkers Road, Lyttelton. I went to school with Stephanie).
He is way too young to pass.
