For the caregivers of all MND.people

I knew Roly through his 2nd wife Jilly. The connection was through Motor Neurone Disease. which my late husband had and died from . Jilly and Roly were extremely helpful in the before and the after of my Husband's passing and offered me another way out from my own grief to stay with them at Mangawhai even though it was just a short time, I very gratefully took their offer and although we only knew each other from Messenger Chat, we had so much in common as caregivers. Roly was a wonderful man, loving, caring and went out of his way to make others lives more important than his own. So, when I heard that he had moved on and in the south island I got in touch and I wished him all that life had robbed him of, happiness just for him alone. On hearing he had married, that made the occasion more special. Roly you found more happiness than you probably thought there could be in your life and you touched so many others with your understanding, overcoming carers needs and so much more .
I can't say that your loss will go unnoticed as it surely is my friend, some people leave their mark in this world, others just sail through as if they had not been here. You,my friend, left a huge dent in MND and understanding it. Such support I will never know again. Miss you my friend, Muriel Cavallaro-[Napier] now Hastings. My condolences to your wife and families..

GRIFFITHS,
Aaron Arthur Roland (Roly):
We say a tearful goodbye to Roly, a loving husband to our mum Joan. We cant thank you enough for all the joy and happiness you gave her. The smile on her face when around you was precious.
“Rest in Peace”
