To Mike, Innes and your families, please accept our sincere condolences as we reflect on Ann's impact on our lives. Surely an amazing lady...many happy memories as a work colleague and a neighbour over the fence during my time at Trans Hotel / Canterbury Inn.

We too have great memories of Ann, the queen of meet & greet; such a lovely out going person who took an interest in all people she came in contact with. Kind thoughts and love to her family at this time.

So sorry to hear of Ann's death she was so full of life. A great workmate, friend and employer, fun to be with and full of energy. Deepest sympathy to Mike Innes and family at this sad time. My thoughts are with you. Regards Chris O'Dea

A steadfast lifelong friend to my late mother Jeannie, Ann was an exceptional personality whom we were fortunate to know. To know her was to be inspired by, and somewhat in awe of, her positive energy.
Meeting up with her was soul food. It meant, much more often than not, being uplifted by her cheerful, giving spirit. A laugh never far away.
I was humble and grateful to be on multiple occasions the beneficiary, along with my Mum and my wife Fernanda, of Ann's generosity above and beyond the call of friendship.
May happy memories overpower sadness as quickly as possible for her loved ones.
