On October 24, 2016, passed away at Burwood Hospital, aged 79 years, dearly loved husband for 55 years and best friend of Rosemary, treasured father and father-in-law of Michele and Phil Hider, and Greg and Bridget, much loved grandad of Sam, and Becky; Edward, Lucy, and James. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Burwood Hospital for their wonderful care of Terry. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Terence Olsen, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson's Society would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Requiem Mass will be Celebrated in St Gregory's Catholic Church, 26 Cotswold Avenue, Bishopdale, Tomorrow (Friday), at 1.30pm, followed by interment at Balcairn Cemetery, 303 Leithfield Road, Leithfield. The Rosary will be held in the Church, This Day (Thursday), at 5.30pm.

Just returned from Australia and wanted to say how sorry I was to not journey with you all during Terry's last days. I know he was so loved by you all and it was a previledge to nurse Terry. He was such a lovely man and I know he will be so missed by you all. Take care of each other as you journey with your loss Karen McCahon xxxx
