Sadly passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Peacehaven; aged 75 years, after a long struggle with dementia. Dearly loved husband and companion of the late Joan M Scarlet, loved father and father-in-law of Bryan and Cherry (Canberra), Natalie and Craig (Canberra), loved stepfather and father-in-law of Andrew Morrison (Dunedin), Sandra and Colin Russell (Christchurch), Joanne and Robert Graves (Arrowtown). Loved grandfather of Mitchell, Courtney and Allan, and Jed (Canberra); Abbey and Haidar, Lilley, and Kynan (Canberra); Annie, and Claudia (Christchurch); Emma and Jesse, and Sarah (Arrowtown). Loved great-grandfather of Piper; Lola and London; Mason, Levi and Mackenzie. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Esther* Gray and Brian Mairs, Joyce* and Andy* Anderson, Sylvia * and Ian* Butler, Neville and Pat* Scarlet, Betty* and Chris Eason, Judith and Aidan Dixon. Loved uncle of all his nephews and nieces. Very special thanks to the staff at Good Partners and Gaius Cottage, and the staff at Peacehaven Iona Unit. A service to celebrate Graeme's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill, on Wednesday, September 19 at 11.00am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the service to the Alzheimer's Society. Messages to PO Box 26, Arrowtown.
