On Friday, November 9, 2018, peacefully at Hospice Southland with his loving family by his side. Dearly loved husband of Jane and father of Michael (Feilding), Richard, Matthew and Vicky. Son of Syd (dec) and Zita (dec) Inns, and loved son-in-law of Joe (dec) and May (dec) Hanning. Brother and brother-in-law of Terry and Dawn (Canada), Liam (dec) and Pat (Christchurch), Robin and Kate and Caryl (dec) (Auckland), Michael and Kathryn (Christchurch), Corinne and Kevin (dec) (Christchurch), and Kathryn and Kevin (Christchurch). Brother-in-law of John and Val Hanning (Queenstown), Tony and Genny Hanning (Dunedin), Margaret and Neal (dec) (Brisbane), Mary (dec) , Michael and Helena Hanning (Christchurch), Kathy and Charlie Wainui (Invercargill), Richard and Sue Hanning (Dunedin), and Liz and Julian Baird (Invercargill). Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A Requiem Mass to celebrate Brendan's life will be held in St Therese of Lisieux Church, Perth Street, Invercargill, on Tuesday, November 13, at 1.00pm, the service will conclude with the burial at the Eastern Cemetery. My thoughts are with you all at this time. Though I have not had contact for many years, years of memories both of Brendan"s early childhood and the family have come to mind. Rest peacefully Brendan.

my very sincere condolences to Jane and family. I will always remember the golf games around the streets, the wine and 45 record sampling ,twilight cricket and the odd flagon when wallpapering and the pool at the services club. I valued your friendship dearly. rest peacefully binnsy.
