I am devastated to hear of the loss of my great mate Steve. I have been mates with Steve since we were apprentices and even though I have been in Australia for 19 years he still kept in touch and we always caught up with each other and our families whenever possible. He always took the time to call in and see my Dad to make sure everything was alright with my family even after all these years. Anne, you always told me to take care and keep an eye on Steve when we went out which I always did, but it wasn't always easy. Fantastic person who will be greatly missed. Loving memories and sincere condolences to his entire family. Love always, Aaron, Cherie, Aden and Jamie.

Steve,we had funs times after primary school ,playing, fighting, swimming.I remember one birthday big bro John had hidden lollies around the lawn and I shoved hamish out of the way to grab them first,he cried and I ran for my life as John chased me down kicked me up the backside. We lost touch after Fendalton school but I have such vivid memories of the fun times we had and your wonderful family and your Mum that always grabbed and kissed us.(I hated that but she was awesome)My thoughts are with you all.
