David THOMAS Obituary
Peacefully after a long, well fought battle, at his home in Kaituna Valley, on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. In his 77th year. Dearly beloved husband of the late Noel, much loved dad of Anna and Brent, loved granddad of Jamie, Sophie, and Mollie, loved brother of Robert and Susan, and loved father-in-law of Belinda and soon to be father-in-law of Dennis. Special thanks to the amazing support workers at Nurse Maude, all the staff at Burwood and Christchurch Hospital and to the staff at ACC whose support will never be forgotten. Will be sadly missed,

I'd like to extend my condolences to the Thomas family. David was a wonderful man and I'll forever be proud to have been a part of his legacy at Raeward Fresh and to have known David for a brief time. David always held himself with pride with a hint of tenderness and a cheeky grin. He will be missed dearly.

Thank you David for letting me share in your journey over the past 4 years. You will hold a special place in my heart that is full of wonderful memories, lots of chats, lunches with pancakes, your caring side, your smile, your generosity, your ability to keep going when life thru you pretty huge curveballs and most of all for sharing your wee spot of paradise.....we watched that Eagle fly over the paddocks every day.... so fly high and enjoy this next journey xx
